I am honored to serve as the new Winding Brook Park Association President.
I would like to first start off by thanking the immediate past president, Michael Miller. He has served our neighborhood well since 2017, leading us through some major projects such as the new entrance signs. Through his leadership and dedication, Winding Brook is a stronger and more welcoming community.
If you don’t know me, my name is Zach Dripps. My wife Jeanette and I moved to the neighborhood in the fall of 2017 and I joined the Board in January 2018. We have seven amazing kids who keep us busy, but we try to give back to our community when we can. We love this neighborhood and I hope I can serve it well. I am the Deputy Director of the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG), a regional planning agency that works with local governments to help them study and attempt to resolve interlocal issues. I’m passionate about working with local communities to make our region great.
One of the first things I wanted to do as President is hear more from my neighbors on what they think the neighborhood should do. So, we are issuing a Neighborhood Resident Survey to better understand what you think about existing programs and what else may interest you. Please take time to fill it out. A printed version will be included with your dues letter or you can take it online: http://bit.ly/WBPAsurvey.
